Gender-Affirming Voice Therapy
The UNCG Speech and Hearing Center offers gender-affirming voice therapy designed to support individuals in developing a voice that feels authentic and aligned with their identity. Services focus on voice exploration and individualized training, helping clients safely modify aspects of their voice such as pitch, resonance, intonation, and communication style.
Clients are guided through a collaborative process to discover and refine a voice that reflects who they are, while also prioritizing vocal health and sustainability.
